RETURNS
Thank you for your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item for a store credit or an exchange, please send an email to our team at customerservice@reyaluxe.com and explain the reason for your return. We will require proof of purchase along with images of the product.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange or store credit. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact our team at customerservice@reyaluxe.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
